Q: When will my order ship?
A: It is our policy to ship all orders for in stock items the same day as long as your order is placed before 4:30pm PST. Should you need overnight or expedited delivery, please contact us directly to review costs and options. (800) 262-1325.
Q: Is there any faster way to get my order?
A: Yes. UPS offers several shipping options with delivery times all the way from Ground Service to Sonic Air. Please call us to review weight, shipping deadlines, and costs for such services.
In addition, OnTrac offers 1-day service throughtout California and select major metropolitan areas in Nevada and Arizona. Shipping rates generally compete with UPS Ground service, yet offer 1-day service to select areas where UPS requires 2-days to service.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Once your order is placed, you can track your package(s) on-line. Tracking information is available the morniing after your order is placed using your invoice number. If you do not have your invoice number, feel free to call us at (800) 262-1325 to obtain it. |
